Description

Located on an urban thoroughfare traversing a residential neighborhood, this “EOC’s” design is based upon early 20th-century blueprints, looking identical to the historic concept while complying with modern building code.  The ground-up building’s classic architecture garnered exceptional community support for both its function and design.
